Momozozo  connects users with restaurants and delivery partners to order and receive food and beverages. We do not prepare food, nor are we responsible for the quality, preparation, or safety of the items offered by the restaurants.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to restaurant availability and confirmation.

Prices listed include applicable taxes but may exclude delivery charges.

Payment must be completed online through supported payment gateways.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled unless the restaurant agrees.

We reserve the right to reject any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Terms

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant load.

It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery location at the time of delivery.

If you are unreachable, the delivery partner may leave the location, and refunds may not apply.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are provided under limited circumstances such as:

Restaurant rejects or cancels your order

Food is not delivered due to delivery partner issues

Incorrect or missing items with valid proof

To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights

Misuse the app or interfere with its functionality

Use the Platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes

Harass, abuse, or harm delivery personnel, restaurant staff, or customer support agents

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Momozozo Pvt.Ltd. or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays or failures in delivery due to events outside our control

Issues with food quality or hygiene (restaurant responsibility)

Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform

Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momozozo Pvt.Ltd., its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also deactivate your account at any time.
